Wushu Club Demo Night and AGM 2015

            Wushu Club Demo Night and AGM is an annual event held by USMKK Wushu Club. This event is held to introduce the new batch of juniors about 24 seasons drum and Wushu. Jaw dropping performances has fantastically brought to all of you by USMKK Wushu and drum team. The performers have practiced days and nights right after the academic year started in order to bring out such performances, not to mention all the hard work which has been done by the committee to make sure the Wushu Club Demo Night and AGM 2015 ran smoothly.

The last Wushu club’s committee is dissolved officially during the Annual General Meeting and the new board of committee has been elected successfully, with Ng Jen Siang as the president of Wushu Club 2015/2016.

Wushu Family Day

On 24 April 2015, USMKK Wushu Club Committee had organized the annual event, Wushu Family Day at La Hot Spring, Terengganu. This event was opened for all students in USMKK. There were a total of 31 participants who had taken part in Wushu Family Day. They were then divided into groups to play various exciting and fun station games prepared by the committees. Chinese Cultural Night 2015: The Origins

Every year, Chinese students in USMKK will have Chinese Cultural Night in March. This event is opened for public. Various performances will be performed by first year students guided by second year seniors. One of the performances is Drum and Wushu performance. The juniors will be selected according to their interest and talent into wushu and drum team. Wushu performance will be divided into different 拳套 and 器械.  Here are some photos snapped during the preparation and stage practices for Chinese Cultural Night 2015: The Origin.

Drum and Wushu Practices Year 2014/2015

Drum team and Wushu team will start their practices about 5 months before Chinese Cultural Night each year. For the first few weeks, they will have practice twice a week which is on Thursday and Saturday. For both Wushu and Drum team, the practices are from 5pm to 7pm at Pusat Bahasa and the parking lot beside Dewan Utama respectively. However, when the event is getting nearer, they will have daily practices and even night practices. If you are interested, you are welcomed to join their practice sessions, see you there! There will be an audition session for Chinese Cultural Night during the first few months of the academic year. You are welcomed to select Drum and Wushu team if you are interested of it.
